The brief for Point lookout house was to create a family beach house that is complimentary to both the site and the traditional scale of a beach house. The site’s northerly aspect surrounded by flora and fauna has been maximised with a design that is sensitive to the surrounding environment. The house utilises the significant available views and general aspects both toward the beaches and south over the bushland while maintaining privacy and comfort.
