Cromwell College renovations included extending and updating its administration and tutorial facilities to create a contemporary experience for students, staff, and visitors. The renovations are respectful of the proud history of the existing buildings while incorporating modern materials and finishes. Full stepless PWD access has been integrated into the existing buildings and new components, from the college entry throughout the restructured administration wing and connecting to the JCR and dining areas. Incorporated sustainable design principles enhance natural light and ventilation while minimal demolition of existing structures has been carefully considered as a waste reduction measure. Above all the Brisbane renovation architect project created a sophisticated and interesting architectural outcome that will be enjoyed by the college fraternity for many years.
